Frequently asked questions

+ What is your cancellation policy?

If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, we request you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill your reservation, resulting in loss of income for your therapist. Regretfully if we do not receive adequate notice of cancellation, 50% of the service will be charged or 100% for no show appointments. Calling to cancel less than 3 hours prior or after your appointment was scheduled to start will automatically result in full charge for your service. We require a card on file to make all appointments. The policy is the same for gift cards.

+ What are you doing about COVid-19?

The health and safety of our clients is our number one priority right now, and wanted you all to be aware of extra precautions we are taking.

We have both spa locations professionally disinfected with a ULV fogging method that has been proven to kill 99.9% of the virus. It has no carcinogens and is approved by the CDC, EPA, and OSHA. We will continue to do so every 2 weeks for the protection of our clients and staff.

Sanitation and client safety practices are always put into effect every day at our spa. Our therapists always wash their hands prior to each service as well as after, and will continue to do so. Tools, implements, massage and esthetic tables, etc. are disinfected and sanitized. As an extra precaution we are sanitizing high traffic areas more frequently such as hard surfaces, doorknobs, light switches, etc.

Please do not fear coming in for your appointments or booking appointments, but also be mindful of others. We ask if you are not feeling well that you contact us to reschedule your appointment. Our staff will also not come into work if they are experiencing any flu like symptoms. It is our number one priority to uphold these preventative measures.

We are taking our recommendations from the CDC guidelines and will continue necessary precautions.
